Positive: The livingroom was nice and spacious. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, etc... The ski locker room on the ground floor was a good one, they had the skiboot dryer, thats a big plus!
Negative: They say you can ski to door... we couldnt. This property is not on the slopes. You need to drive 3-4 minutes(it is not much, but for me the "ski to door access" means that the property is next to the slopes) to reach the bottom lift. This(for me) makes the property overpriced, also, it is not a nice surprise... The other thing: we found one of the roof-windows handle broken upon arrival. I notified the owner immediately, even sent a picture. they got back to me on our last evening and claimed that he made an investigation, and the result is that it must have been us, who broke it, and we should leave 120 eur cash when we leave. That was a very bad experience, we celebrated my wife's birthday, but it pretty much ruined my evening:(

Positive: cosy apartment, big enough for 10 people
Negative: We got confused with the naming of the apt on booking, we thought we are going to have a sauna, but we did not. Also, location is good for the south side of the mountain but the slopes there are pretty bad and because of the weather you rarely get to cross the mountain by cable car. Also, only one restaurant in walking distance, on the premises, which half of the time did not want to serve us and waiters barely new english.

Positive: Location was excellent, access to property was easy and we received all the instructions in advance. Apartment was spacious and clean, exactly as on the photos. Views from the property were great as well. We liked absolutely everything and enjoyed our stay. We 100% recommend this apartment and will be returning in the future. Small tip for the landlord- we couldn't find thermostat immediately, it would be good to mention where it is exactly as a part of the instructions on the main door. We also think that the pan in the apartment 9 should be removed as we found it damaged. Also loose screws needs fixing.(small wooden cabin holding keys)

Positive: The apartment is large, comfortable, just like at the photos. The sauna is infrasauna, also very good. There is a working fireplace and the kitchen is good equipped. Important that the apartments are located in the large apartment house Vecernica, there are many other apartments there.
